Please read tos before commissioning!!

PAYMENT

All payments are upfront and are used with PayPal invoice (requires your email), Cash App, or KoFi. I prefer Cash App over PayPal due to prior grievances but please use whichever one you’re most comfortable with. I do not accept other forms of payment unless previously discussed (i.e. art trades, character swaps, etc.)

REFUND POLICY

I will provide a full refund if I have not yet completed your commission or am unable to do your commission. However, once your commission is completed, I will no longer allow refunds.

REFERENCE

You are required to supply at least one visual reference, unless you order a custom. Feel free to send me inspiration/mood boards for customs. Everything must be clear and visible. Please refrain from sending me eyestrain or anything with flashing lights as I have a seizure disorder.Written descriptions for personalities and characteristics as well as links to character pages are also appreciated.

CHANGES & WIPs

I will send you watermarked WIPs during the commission process during each significant step. I will send you a rough sketch initially to ask you if everything is correct before I proceed. You must let me know of any changes you’d like me to make at this time. There are no additional charges for changes during the sketching phase; however, asking for changes while I am past this stage will result in additional charges.

DECLINING ORDERS & WILL/WON'T DRAW

I reserve the right to decline your commission for any reason. I rarely do this unless it is for something that explicitly violates TOS, or I am unable to do your commission properly at that time for one reason or another.

TURNAROUND TIME

I will finish your commission, depending on its complexity, within the span of 2 weeks- 1 month. Please notify me if you have a specific deadline.

USAGE OF COMMISSION

All commissions are for personal use only unless discussed prior to the commission. You are not allowed to profit from my work without consent. You are allowed to upload or share my commissions anywhere but do not claim the artwork as your own. Usage of my art in AI or NFT’s is strictly prohibited. Violation of any of these usage terms will result in an immediate blacklist.

PRIVACY

Notify me beforehand if you would like the commission to be private and to not be displayed on any of my social media or portfolios.

FINISHED WORK

The final work will be sent to you through email or through your preferred website of communication. I highly recommend and prefer email as I can send you higher quality versions of the work.I will send you different versions of your work including with and without a watermark, transparent, and with/without a background.

ADOPTABLE TOS

PAYMENTPlease do not offer anything that is not listed on the adopts page. I have the right to change what my adopts are listed for at any time and for any reason.Payment is via PayPal, Cash App, or KoFi only. Cash App is encouraged due to prior grievances with PayPal. Payment must be submitted in full at the time of the transaction.Holds can be accepted for up to one week. I will not send the character until the payment is processed.Please do not send payment until I confirm your claim.If you fail to pay, spam, harass myself or others, or otherwise violate this TOS, you will be blacklisted.DESIGN TRANSFERS AND USAGEYou may not copy, trace, or heavily reference my designs. Color-Picking is okay.I will send you the character through character transfer on ToyHouse. Please notify me if you have a different preferred method.My adoptables are for non-commercial use only. You are not allowed to profit from my design.You may not sell the adoptable for more than what it was paid for unless additional art/physical items are provided.You may trade or gift any of my adoptables. If received in this way, you may not resell the character under any circumstances.You are free to make changes to any concept of the characters' design once it belongs to you; however, elements of the original design must still be there. If redesigned, you must clearly state that the original design was by me.Usage of AI or NFTs with my work is strictly prohibited and will result in a blacklist.
